Scratch Distillery

URBANADD collaborated with the owners of Scratch Distillery to create a new distilled spirits plant, tasting room, and gin learning center in Edmonds, Washington. The scope included renovation to portions of a 1960’s-era grocery store. The facility provides tasting and retail areas, on-site mashing, fermentation, distilling, and bottling. The owners have a passion for gin and wanted a space where they could teach others about their favorite libation. This idea gave the tasting room bar its unique shape. Scratch is the face of craft gin in Edmonds and across the Pacific Northwest.
