Seattle Neighborhood Marketplace

In collaboration with a local, community-focused developer, URBANADD designed this mixed-use project on a prominent Seattle neighborhood corner to become a destination and hub of activity.  Upon completion, the project will provide a street-level marketplace for take-out and small-scale dining, as well as programmed sidewalk cafes, streateries and street-vending opportunities. Upper levels include flexible, scalable workspace options to small businesses with shared amenities such as conference rooms and terraces. Glass and operable units at the ground level connect to the sidewalk and street, allowing patrons and activities to spill in and out.
