The Pioneer Collective

URBANADD worked closely with The Pioneer Collective owners in renovating this historic Downtown Seattle location into co-working office space. The combination of public and private office spaces, teaming areas, shared amenities, and flex spaces are organized around a strong entry and circulation sequence. The resulting Master Plan provides a framework for expansion and reconfiguration to support the evolving requirements of commercial office space.
